Project Horizons Map WIP

This is what I have so far of Project Horizons. As you can see, I expect to need a lot of space for the Core, but there's nothing to put there yet. I don't have a solid idea of where everything is in the southwest sector, and nothing at all east of the river since I have no idea where they came up the elevator after... well, you know. Updates as things progress.
